  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract; and
  • Provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, ingredient information, quantities and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, packaging and product presentation may occasionally vary from images shown online.

Always read the product label, ingredient list, directions for use and warnings supplied with the product before use.

4. Food Supplement Information

AUVERION products are food supplements and are not intended to replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake stated on the product label.

Keep supplements out of reach of young children.

Information provided on our website is for general informational purposes and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have an existing medical condition or are under medical supervision, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before using a food supplement.

5. Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will normally receive an email confirming that we have received it. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and AUVERION is formed when we accept your order and/or dispatch the products, depending on applicable law.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud;
  • Incorrect pricing or product information;
  • Payment failure;
  • Product unavailability;
  • Delivery restrictions; or
  • Suspected misuse of promotional offers.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or applicable to your market.

The final price payable, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted by us.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

7. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, AUVERION may offer promotional prices, discount codes, bundles or other special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be combined;
  • Promotions have no cash value;
  • Discounts apply only during the stated promotional period or while the applicable offer remains available; and
  • We may withdraw or amend promotions where reasonably necessary.

Any specific terms displayed with an offer form part of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Subscriptions

Where subscription purchasing is available, the applicable price and delivery frequency will be displayed before checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge the applicable recurring amount using your selected payment method until the subscription is cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation options and terms presented with the subscription.

Any price changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated where required by applicable law before they take effect.

Cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically cancel orders that have already been processed or dispatched.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

Estimated standard delivery is generally 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and shipping service.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs procedures, severe weather or other unforeseen events.

Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.

10. International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where these charges are not collected during checkout, the customer may be responsible for paying them.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered can legally be imported into their destination country where applicable.

11. Cancellation and Statutory Consumer Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have statutory rights to cancel certain online purchases within a specified period under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or replace rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Because certain products may be sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, statutory cancellation rights may be affected once applicable seals have been broken, where permitted by law.

Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.

12. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to any statutory rights you may have, eligible AUVERION purchases may be covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

To make a claim, you must contact AUVERION within 60 days of delivery and provide the information reasonably required to identify your order.

The guarantee applies subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Our voluntary 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee is additional to, and does not affect, any statutory consumer rights you may have.

13. Returns and Refunds

Before returning a product, please contact AUVERION Customer Support and provide your order number.

Where a return is required, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For complete information, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

14. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs or other reasonable information to help us investigate the issue.

Where applicable, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

15. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We cannot guarantee that a product shown as available will remain in stock until your order has been accepted.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, provide a refund.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or otherwise use protected AUVERION content without prior written permission.

18. Reviews and User Content

Where customers are permitted to submit reviews, photographs or other content, submitted material must be truthful and must not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing material.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

We do not permit fabricated customer reviews or misleading representations of customer experiences.

19. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AUVERION will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by consumers.

You remain responsible for using products according to their labels, directions and warnings.

20. Privacy and Cookies

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our cookie information and consent settings.

By using our website, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled as described in the applicable privacy documentation.

21. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment processors, shipping providers and other technology providers.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside our control.

Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services, website or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page together with the applicable revision date.

Changes will not retrospectively remove statutory rights relating to purchases already made.

23. Governing Law

These Terms and any contract between you and AUVERION are governed by governing law.

If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections provided by the laws of the country in which you normally reside.

Nothing in this section limits any rights regarding jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded.
